This meeting is the opportunity for Fermilab Users and Employees to discuss the newest physics results from the laboratory’s experimental and theory programs, exiting new future initiatives at the lab, and thoughtful presentations from leaders of the scientific policy community.

Registration deadline will be May 31. The meeting banquet and poster session will be held on June 07. Abstracts for talks and posters are due by April, 15th.
We strongly encourage young scientists to register and submit abstracts for the Poster Session.
A vendor exhibition will highlight state-of-the-art scientific tools and equipment. The early morning coffee corner before the begin of the daily sessions will allow time to chat with colleagues and meet the vendors.
The FSPA New Perspectives conference will be held on June 05-06. Young talented scientists will showcase their contribution to the scientific community.

The popular Festa Italiana, sponsored by the Fermilab Users Organization and the Cultural Association of Italians at Fermilab, will be held at the Kuhn Barn in the Fermilab Village on June 07, 2017 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. All attendees and companions are welcome.

Travel assistance for young scientists
The Fermilab Users Executive Committee (UEC) is pleased to announce that the Universities Research Association (URA) is sponsoring travel grants for eligible young scientists to attend the 2017 New Perspectives (05,06 June), 50th Anniversary Symposium and Users Meeting (07-09 June) conferences.
Awards will be granted to students and postdocs affiliated with URA institutions and can support travel to/from, and room/board at Fermilab during the Users Meeting, as well as additional time at the lab for participants to work on Fermilab sponsored projects.
Awards are intended for graduate students and postdocs. Preference will be given to participants presenting a talk at New Perspectives or a poster at the Users Meeting.
